Virtually all of our product images are photographed in high resolution. However, if there is more than one of that item in our inventory, there may be some variations between the displayed product. Rest assured, we won’t consider our transactions complete until we know you’re happy with the item.
Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about variations between coins, stamps or other items.
Once your item is packed and shipped we will email you the invoice and tracking ID number. Also, if you are a registered member of the site you can view all transactions and purchase information within your user dashboard.

Our policy offers a full refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.
WooCommerce.com and our payment processor submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Due to the nature of our business, we unfortunately can never guarantee restocks on rare or hard-to-find items. However, we are always buying coins, stamps and more at our brick and mortar shop — you never know what treasures will come through the door. We’re also excited to share that you now have the ability to add items (stock or out-of-stock) to a personal wish list. Once you do, you’ll be notified when that exact item is in our inventory.
