Will I receive the same product that I see in the picture?

Most if not all product images are ones we have taken in high resolution. However, if there is more than one of that item in the inventory there may be some variation between the displayed product. We do not consider the transaction done until you are happy.

Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns about variations between coins or other items.

Where can I view my sales receipt?

Once your item is packed and shipped we will email you the invoice and tracking ID number. Also, if you are a registered member of the site you can view all transactions and purchase information within your user dashboard.

How can I return an item?

At Blackmountaincoins.com, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.

  • If you have technical or sales queries, do not hesitate to contact us.
  • If you have attempted to resolve issues with Support staff, and still feel the product(s) you purchased does/do not best fit your requirements, we want to make things right.

Our policy offers a full refund within 30 days of your date of purchase. We’d love to know what went wrong and how we can improve, so please include details about the reason for your refund request if you reach out to us directly.

WooCommerce.com and our payment processor submit the refund immediately and make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. Will you restock items indicated as “out of stock?”

Due to the nature of Numismatics, we cannot guarantee we will restock certain rare or hard-to-find items. However, We are always buying coins through our brick and mortar. We never know what will walk through the door! Coming soon you will have the ability to add items, stock, or out-of-stock to your wish list and will be notified if we do get exactly what you’re looking for.

We ship everywhere domestically! Also internationally to the aforementioned Country’s. If you do not see your location listed please contact us and we will see what we can do.
