Nicaragua Encuentro De Dos Mundos Ten Cordobas 2002 Proof Silver Crown

$59.99

This crown is one of ten different coins issued as part of the Iberian-American series of commemorative coins, “La Nautica.” The collection is comprised of ten silver proof coins, depicting ships that made history in each country. This exclusive series, named “Encuentro de dos Mundos” (Meeting of Two Worlds), represents the union of the Iberian-American countries by sea. The adventurous spirit of those who sailed towards the American continent is recognized in this issue. The countries that participate in this series are: Argentina, Ecuador, Spain, Guatemala, Mexico, Nicaragua, Paraguay, Peru and Portugal. Each coin is 40 millimeters in diameter and minted from twenty-seven grams of .925 fine silver. Would make a great addition to any collection of nautical or world coins.

Belize Enameled Jewelry Coin Pendant Frigate Birds 50¢ 1974 with Bezel

$49.99

Belize – Enameled Jewelry – Coin Pendant – Frigate Birds – 50¢ – 1974 – with Bezel – This beautiful pendant consists of a genuine legal tender coin that has been painted and enameled by North Florida artist Dennis Armstrong. The process to complete one pendant takes approximately six weeks and consists of painstakingly applying each different color , the letting the piece dry, then baking the coin prior to applying the next color. I have been handling his work since 2001 and have had nothing but overwhelmingly positive response from the people that have purchased one or more pendants. Many have become regular customers, continuing to acquire new pieces over the years as they have become available. Try one, you’ll love it!
