This is an uninscribed 40.3 mm, 27 gr bronze medal struck in the early 1920’s by the Chamber of Agriculture for the Rhine Province. It bears the Coat of Arms of the Rhine Province on the obverse with the legend “Landwirtschaftskammer für die Rheinprovinz.” The reverse bears the produce-wreathed legend “Für Leistungen in der Geflügelzucht.” At the bottom at the joining of the wreath are the letters “M. & W. ST.” This medal is lacking the original Suspension Ring, but otherwise is in the most excellent condition. If the ring were intact then it would be worth well over $100.
