Absolutely stunning three coin set issued by Gibraltar in 2000 to celebrate the 160th Anniversary of the issuance of the Tuppenny Blue postage stamp. The set consists of a Five Pound Titanium coin (only the second titanium coin ever issued), a Half-Crown gold coin struck from one half ounce of 999.9 pure gold and a Half Crown bimetallic coin struck from 9 grams of 999.9 fine gold with a center made from two grams of titanium. Less that 1,000 pieces of each of the Half Crowns were issued, making this set a significant rarity and a welcome addition to any collection of world coins. The set comes in its original mint issued case with a Certificate of Authenticity.
