I can’t describe much of the front of this note but the Qatar Coat-of-Arms appears on the right side of the note. The back shows an image of a Dhow, a traditional sailing vessel with one or more masts with lateen sails used in the Red Sea and Indian Ocean region. A lateen sail is a triangular sail set on a long yard mounted at an angle on the mast, and running in a fore-and-aft direction.
