Have you ever noticed that the pictures on coins give great representation to the country? Even if you have never been to that place, if you close your eyes, you can almost imagine what it is like. I think that is one of the joys of collecting coins.

hmm... i never really looked at collecting coins that way. i can't even remember why i collect them.

I use to collect coin on that basis only, if i found something intresting in the pic of the coin it goes straight away to my collection.
