We've carried this simple but beautiful medal before and I was always astounded at the popularity. I place the enthusiasm for this wonderful token upon the love and admiration that so many had for the world's most beloved Pope and also upon the Polish Mint's devoted and touching rendering of their native son. This is a most wonderful gift for any caring friend or admirer of this great man and would make a real and touching momento of John Paul's sad passing.
