The Isle of Man has issued a bronze finish 60 pence coin with a rotating inner disc that displays the exchange rates of European countries on the day the euro currency took effect. The outer edge of the coin shows the 12 participating nations, while the central disc, with a silver finish, displays a map of Europe with the 12 countries marked with a star. The main body is recessed to hold the central disc, which contains an arrow shaped aperture. When pointed to an individual country, it reveals the exchange rate from its currency to the Euro on January 1st, 2003. This converter is the updated version of the 2002 coin. The coin weighs 32.20 grams and is 36.60 mm in diameter, with mintage limited to 15,000 pieces. The manufacturer recommends an oil change every three months or 3,000 miles (just kidding).
