Although we don't specialize in United States coinage, from time to time we do obtain some beautiful early American coins. This is one such example, an 1800 Draped Bust Silver Dollar. This coin has been authenticated, encapsulated and graded Fine Details by Numismatic Conservation Services (NCS), the sister company of Numismatic Guaranty Corporation (NGC), one of the country's premier third-party grading services. As with many of these early American coin, this piece was cleaned and graffiti was removed from the fields of the coin; nonetheless, it remains a truly historical piece that would be a significant contribution to any collection of early American or type coins.
