Hi Dan, I'm told that you are on vacation right now, I'm sure it was overdue! I just wanted to tell you about a couple things that happened during your absence. On Monday morning, 8/27, I spotted a Palau coin I had been looking for on your eBay listing, but it was not listed on your main website. I don't like to use eBay, so I called your store early in the morning and Clark answered the phone. I explained the situation and he either moved or had the coin moved to your website, called me back and I was able to order the coin in my usual manner. Clark said he was your phtographer. I don't know if he works in sales also, but he was very friendly and helpful! Later in the day, another situation came up involving the Cook Islands endangered wildlife series. This time Connie helped me out. I won't bore you with the details, as it gets a little involved, but she was extremely patient and understanding with me and I put her to a lot of trouble. She did everything that was necessary and thanks to Connie's efforts, I can now say that I have an ORIGINAL set of the Cook Islands series (all 24 coins AND all dated 1990)! So, when you left the ship this week, you left it in very good hands. I must compliment you on the marvelous team you have put together! You should be proud of them and yourself!
