I finally received my coins that I ordered on Feb.17th(it wasn't you it was our mailman-they have a habit of taking packages to the wrong address(same numerical different street around the corner) luckily the person is trustworthy) I called her today and sure enough she had the package of was looking for as usual. I have complained to the Post Office to get nowhere we just get too many new mailmen for what ever reason and they get our addresses confused(Ha) anyway I love your coins and I felt a need to explain about the package since it has been so long and I haven't writted a thank you. This was my first time ordering butterfly coins thru Black Mountain Coins. I ordered a set of 4 Chinese coins and a single Vanuatu coin. Its photo was golden, which I assumed was necessary to show the toning. When I first examined the coin, I was a little disappointed that it was so dark gray. Hi Dan, I'm told that you are on vacation right now, I'm sure it was overdue! I just wanted to tell you about a couple things that happened during your absence. On Monday morning, 8/27, I spotted a Palau coin I had been looking for on your eBay listing, but it was not listed on your main website. I don't like to use eBay, so I called your store early in the morning and Clark answered the phone. I explained the situation and he either moved or had the coin moved to your website, called me back and I was able to order the coin in my usual manner. Clark said he was your phtographer. I don't know if he works in sales also, but he was very friendly and helpful! Later in the day, another situation came up involving the Cook Islands endangered wildlife series. This time Connie helped me out. I won't bore you with the details, as it gets a little involved, but she was extremely patient and understanding with me and I put her to a lot of trouble. She did everything that was necessary and thanks to Connie's efforts, I can now say that I have an ORIGINAL set of the Cook Islands series (all 24 coins AND all dated 1990)! Hello sir. I am not happy, I am ECSTATIC!! Thank you so much. My 'piece of the rock' arrived today and I couldn't believe how awesome it was. Having the certificate of authenticity makes it even better. I am going to get a little frame for it and a little case for the rock. I took it right over to my mother and presented it to her. She loved it! She went into telling me about when she was there and her grandmother who came from there. It was the perfect gift. Her birthday is in November but I couldn't wait that long! You made our day and I thank you again.
